"I come to find myself at Awakin Circle, plain and simple. The session basically has two parts: Collective Silence and Readings, where we read and search for articles' implications.
The collective silence has helped me find peace and the reading part followed after silence always sparks intriguing conversations that again open up new perspectives. Life is enriched not by what you have but how do you feel about what you have. Perspective is key there.
All in all, I would recommend this to anyone. In my case, I rarely have time and settings that allow me to look into myself and reflect back. Awakin at Kehi Garaun facilitates that!"
"Greetings !! I have attended quite a few Awakin Circle sessions at Kehi Garoun and am pleased to say that these sessions encourage personal well being amidst a group of very warm welcoming individuals.
The highlight of these sessions in my opinion is the 20 minutes silent sitting where one is free to reflect on whatever possible is going on within and without. I also enjoy the part where the group reads and shares its personal stories relative to the reading.
