"I come to find myself at Awakin Circle, plain and simple. The session basically has two parts: Collective Silence and Readings, where we read and search for articles' implications.
The collective silence has helped me find peace and the reading part followed after silence always sparks intriguing conversations that again open up new perspectives. Life is enriched not by what you have but how do you feel about what you have. Perspective is key there.
All in all, I would recommend this to anyone. In my case, I rarely have time and settings that allow me to look into myself and reflect back. Awakin at Kehi Garaun facilitates that!"
"Greetings !! I have attended quite a few Awakin Circle sessions at Kehi Garoun and am pleased to say that these sessions encourage personal well being amidst a group of very warm welcoming individuals.
The highlight of these sessions in my opinion is the 20 minutes silent sitting where one is free to reflect on whatever possible is going on within and without. I also enjoy the part where the group reads and shares its personal stories relative to the reading.
I feel these have been a kind of re-wiring sessions to me in the sense that I have always taken a handful amount of new insights and approach to daily life around me. All in all these sessions have taught me to be gentle with myself as well as with all lives around me."
"Hi, I am Gaurav, and I got engaged as a active member of Awakin Circle a little while after it got started.
One of the reasons I became a regular member is that at that time, I felt anxious and had nervous energy that led my thoughts run wild and had been struggling to find a "cure."
And now, just after 4-6 regular sessions, I feel very relaxed and calm. A caring environment that enables honest sharing, the Awakin circle has helped me be more aware of (my perspective towards) life. And that awareness that brought about a calmness in my life."
"Hi, I am Nabin, I am an active member of Awakin Circle since it started.
Talking about the Awakin sessions, I feel very relaxed and calm during the sessions. The sensations, visions and imaginary world that builds inside me while meditating feels great and it makes me more curious to know about them.
I don't do a lot of sharing but I do relate to most of the conversations that we have. It kind of makes me aware of my behaviors, thoughts, and emotions.
The Awakin circle has helped me realize many things about myself that I was not aware of. "
