Ripples are personal-development sessions that empower a community that celebrates wellness, empathy and workmanship.
Sessions explore themes such as Awareness & Meditation, Emotional Intelligence & Communications, Teamwork & Workmanship etc.
We hold weekly 'breathers' sessions, monthly 'dialogues' and quarterly retreats (2 nights) on mindfulness. We also provide training sessions to educators, parent groups and corporations on these topics.
