EMPATHY - FOR WELL BEING OF OTHERS AND OF ONE'S OWN
We facilitate "Empathy Workshops" that enhance individual's ability to understand themselves and others, which creates opportunities for more effective communication and team-work.
  These sessions may also lead to explorations of other Life-Skills topics.

Social-Emotional ability to register and regulate emotions towards better relationship and outcomes. It promotes well-being and communications.

Expected Outcomes DEPENDS ON THE LENGTH OF THE SESSIONS

Half Day Orientation:
Understanding of social emotional languages and an experiential sense of the scope of empathy.
2- 4 Days Communication:
Individuals learn to listen better after they develop awareness of, curiosity aout and patience for each other.

Longer Culture of Collaboration:
Individuals feel safe to express grievance, be self-directed and to collaborate
, by solving problems near information sources.
