KG Mindfulness Circle
This circle is for individuals who are interested in exploring Self Change (Self Care and Self Direction) through mindfulness meditation and communications. The main objective of this circle is to create an online community that will learn, engage and continue practicing Mindfulness exercises and other mindfulness activities in a regular basis. 1. KG SELF CHANGE Sessions 
This sesion introduces the two pillars: Self care and self direction. These sessions will help students to care for their wellbeing and to develop a sense of direction in their life. 
2. KG CLUB
​ KG Clubs are held at schools and students interested to practice Mindfulness can enroll.  This club will conduct mmindfulness activities in a regular basis under Kegi Garoun's guidance.
