Sujan Thapa Magar studies in Sri Adarsha Ni. Ma. Vi (Naxal) as a fifth grader. As per his teacher and gift applicant Ms. Rukmini Humagain, Sujan is a kind and obedient student of his class. He has 6 members in his family. His parents work as laborers to earn a living. Even though they work day and night, their earning isn’t quite enough to fulfill the needs of 6 members. Sujan comes to school in school uniform but without a proper school shoes. In his response as to why his parents don’t buy him a pair of school shoes, he says that his father is planning to buy him during Dashain. Due to this, Sujan may have to attend school without a proper school shoes which may make him feel out of place. In addition, he doesn't even own a sweater. So, his teacher appeals to help him buy a pair of school shoes and sweater. (Sweater- Rs. 500 and School shoes- Rs. 625 Total- Rs. 1125)
