Raghini Dhakal, who lives in Asan, is a class one student studying at Kanya Mandir Higher Secondary School (Raktakali, Chhetrapati). As per her tacher and gift applicant Mr. Sanjeev Dhakal, her father is a street vendor. According to her teacher, she is unable to wear warm school clothes in winter due to her extreme economic crisis that her family is going through. (Rs. 1000 for a sweater and woolen stockings.)
