A Ullens student distributing stationery to a student of Tarini School
After the walkathon program organized by Ullens School on 28th April 2013, we had a program to clean, paint and distribute a meal at Tarini School in the afternoon. The walkers, KG staff and even the students cleaned and painted the single-storey building which has 4 rooms - where classes 1-5 classes are conducted.

Prem Subba and his friend Jeet Rai initiated the meal program. They wanted the children to feel special that day so they prepareddelicious “Kheer” and “Aloo Achar” along with juice. It was served to all the school children, teachers,  and even to the walkers and KG staff. This really cheered the school students.

Quotation of the Month

"And as we are - the world is. That is, if we are greedy, envious, competitive, our society will be competitive, envious, greedy, which brings misery and war. The State is what we are. To bring about order and peace, we must begin with ourselves and not with society, not with the State, for the world is ourselves"-.JK
Dear KG Family,
KG volunteers and staff carried out a month long venture ( BMI ventures) installed in Bhatbhateni Super Market.   With the money we raised from that venture, we organized a Responsibility Walkathon, Volunteer engatements at Tarani School (stationery distribution, clean up, painting of the classroom walls and welcome-feast to the school students and teachers).
