Swastika Gurung is a student of grade 8 studying in Shanti Sikshya Mandir. She is a hard working and intelligent student. When she was small her parents left her away and her maternal uncle took her responsibility. Her uncles is also suffering from night blindness and tuberculosis. She takes good care of her uncle without any hesitation. She want to study but her uncles economic condition is critical and she can't go to school. So, her teacher applicant and swastika herself wishes to get the scholarship of Rs 1750.

She comes to school without wearing shoe. If someone asks her why you are not wearing yours shoes she replies," We don't have enough money so that my parent can buy me a shoes". Small girl studying in grade 1 she knows that they are having problem with money.So her teacher applicant Ms. Shanti Pandey wishes to she her with the school shoes.
Shoes-Rs 625 On October 2013, Prerna Bhatta and Friends pledged to support Manita Tamang with School Shoes. Anju is a student of Ranidevi school studying in grade 1. She lives in Samakhusi with her family. She is very hardworking student. There are five members in hr family. when she was small her father passed away so her mother Rama Ghimire works as a labour for their living. Its very difficult for her mother to look after her family. She comes to school without wearing shoes . So, her teacher applicant Ms. Shanti Pandey wishes to see her with schools shoes while coming to school.

Ma.Vi.He lives n Hadigaun with his 4 family members in a rented rooms. His father Bikram Nepali stitches clothes in others tailor and mother is a housewife. His father income is not enough for his family for their living because with that small income they have to pay rent of their room and sustain their life with the remaining amount He comes to school wearing slippers. His father cannot afford for his sweater,shoes or anything else.So his teacher applicant Ms. Rukmini Humagain wants to see him with his needs while coming to school.

On October 2013, Birendra Nepal pledgeed to support Rabin Nepali with sweaters. Tara Lama is a student of Adarsha Ni. Ma. Vi. studying in grade 6. A hardworking student is very much interested in her studies. Her father passed away due to cancer. The earning that her father had saved was all spent for his fathers treatment. Her mother Krishna Maya Lama works in catering as a dish washer. Its difficult for her mother to live the daily life with less earning and growing up the three family members.She live in Hadigaun with her elder sister and mother.Sometimes they even don't get food to eat because her mothers work is not permanent. Due to poor economic condition its difficult for her mother to fulfill the needs of her daughter. So her teacher applicant Ms. Rukmini Humagain wishes to see her with the needs.

Due to poor economic condition of her family she is not being able to fulfill her needs to school. She is very very polite, friendly, obident and studious student. Manisha Khadka studies in grade 1 in Sri Ranidevi NI. Ma. Vi (Ranibari). As per her teacher and gift applicant Ms. Shanti Pandey, Manisha lives with her mother and brother. Manisha's mother works a laborer to take care of her children. Manisha's father is remarried and doesn't live with them. He doesn't help the family in any way. Manisha goes to school without a bag. When asked, her mother said that she doesn't have money to even buy her daughter a proper school bag and has to send her with her books inside a plastic bag. Manisha like another student wishes to go to school with a proper school bag and shoes

He lives in basundhara with his parents.He has two siblings one elder brother and a younger sister.His father's income is not enough for their living.So, his teacher applicant wishes to see him with his requirements.

So her teacher applicant Ms. Tara K.C wishes to see her in proper uniforms.

Because of critical condition of her parents its difficult for them to fulfill the needs of their child. Its difficult for her to bring necessities for her studies. She is also very talented student and friendly student. She helps her friend as well as teachers in their work. So, her teacher applicant Mr. Raju Shrestha wnats to see her with school bag and school shoe.

Brother and sister in relation, Suman and Raju are students from Rastriya Secondary School from Dhangadi, Kailali District. Their father, Ram Charan Chaudhar, works as a labour and mother is a housewife. His father's average income is Rs. 5000 and they don't have big land, which won't be sufficient for the entire family to depend upon. And thus, they are struggling here in Kathmandu valley. Ram Dagauda, wishes Suman and Raju could go to school without any problem.

(Stationery per student- Rs. 700 per year) On June 2013, Asian Pharmaceuticals has pledged to support 6 students for stationery. On June 2013, Sara Subba has pledged to support 4 students for stationery. Ms. Krishna Maiya Shrestha has identified 19 students who need stationery.

On May 2013, BMI Machine users and volunteers has pledged to support 25 students.
Stationery is the most important aspect in student's life says Ms. Deepa Dahal. With 4 rooms, Tarini school conducts sessions of class 1 to 5. Two classes are conducted in the same room, and due to lack of stationery supplies, most of the students rewrite on the same copy or comes to school without any homework.Ms. Deepa Dahal has identified 13 students who need stationery.
